Spring Break Meal Service Update (April 13-17)

Dear Parents, Staff, Students and Community,
Turlock Unified School District as the food service provider for KEYES Union School District via their Child Nutrition program is offering Emergency Meals during spring break. Meals will be offered to ALL children 18 years old and younger.
Meals can be picked up on Friday, April 10, 2020.
Please complete and submit the completed bottom  of the form attached and or by downloading from the links attached to ANY school site listed or to the Keyes Mobile meal site by Monday, April 6, 2020 in order to receive meals.
Meals include Breakfast and Lunch for up to 5 days, April 13-17, 2020. Parent(s) and Guardian(s) can pick up requested meals on Friday, April 10th between 9:30AM - 11:30AM as drive-thru only, at Child Nutrition Education Center, 1901 Automall Dr, Turlock, CA, 95380. If you have any questions, then please contact TUSD Child Nutrition Department at (209) 667-9048.
These forms will also be distributed at the current KEYES Mobile meal site tomorrow when you pick up your Friday meals.
We simply do not have the ability at this time to provide the meals at our sites since we do not have a central kitchen and Turlock and Keyes School District will be closed for Spring Break.
Meals However will be available for our students if you return the completed bottom of the form by Monday to the Keyes Mobile Meal site when you pick up the Monday Meals. You may also return the bottom of the completed form to one of the Turlock District School Sites listed on the forms.
We are working on a plan to continue serving meals in our community and from the Keyes Elementary School Site beginning Monday, April 20, 2020,  further information on this will be sent out when the details are finalized. Thank you for all your support and for the wonderful comments made to our staff as they volunteer to distribute meals.  It is truly heartwarming to provide for our students and community.  We also thank both Turlock and Ceres for their support in offering meals to our students and community.
Be safe and be well!
