Update: March 25, 2020

Good Afternoon Parents, Guardians, and Community,

We began our meal service today. The meals are being distributed at a Bust Stop (VAN) on the corner of 10th Street and Esmail. We served more than two hundred meals today and want to reach more of our students as we continue to serve. Please share with your neighbors and encourage those with children to come and pick up these meals free of charge. We ask that you simply follow a drive through system of pulling up to the meal van and letting the staff volunteers know the number of children meals you are picking up. Their is no need to get out of the car. You are also welcome to simply walk up to the serving van. These are at no cost and please do not hesitate to participate.

I encourage everyone with a child to come by and take part in this. These are times of uncertainty and we want to assure kids and families that we will get through this as a united team. It was great to see the kids come through today. Our staff miss the children and their smiles so very much. Thank you for all you do to continue to support our students. Meals will be served Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The meals will be provided to any student age 18 and under. The student must be present when picking up the meal. The meal will include breakfast for the following day and the daily lunch.

Meals will also continue to be offered at both the Turlock School District School Sites and The Ceres School District School Sites we previously shared with you.

I apologize for the many ParentSquare messages, but it is the best way to reach our families and community.

Sincerely,
Dr. Helio Brasil
Superintendent
